- Product preview is available in the presence of the delivery agent. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it to the delivery agent after paying the shipping fee.
- Exchange is available within 24 hours of receiving your order only, provided that the product is in its original condition.
- Returns are not accepted after the delivery agent has left.
- Returns are accepted only in case of a manufacturing defect.
- Please wash the product using cold water (no heat) or dry clean only.
